Getting Ready for Your Visit
Please plan about an hour for your first appointment. You’ll be greeted warmly and shown to a private consultation room, where we will discuss your health history and current concerns before introducing you to your doctor.
To make this appointment easy and efficient:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID
- Complete new patient forms (available online)
- Arrive 15 minutes early if filling out forms in the office
- Bring any recent X-rays or medical records
- Take a hot shower/bath to relax muscles before treatment.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
Your comprehensive visit includes a detailed health history review and physical examination focusing on your areas of concern. We’ll discuss our findings and recommendations, followed by your first gentle Activator Method® adjustment. You’ll also receive guidance on helpful at-home care measures to support your care.
We’re preferred providers for most insurance plans and accept auto accident and workers’ compensation cases. Our financial coordinator will verify your benefits before your visit and explain your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before we begin. We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments and offer convenient payment options to ensure you can access the care you need.
Follow-Up Care for Long-Term Health
After your consultation, we’ll create a personalized care plan based on your specific needs and health goals. We’ll explain our recommendations and answer any questions you may have. Most patients begin with more frequent visits during their initial healing phase, then transition to maintenance care as their condition improves.
